It took me until Tim Berners-Lee initiated the creation of the web to decide what I wanted to be when I grew up. Before that, a career in web designing wasn't possible. All of web design and coding knowledge that I have acquired has been self-taught. When I want to learn something - a new skill or a new technology - I simply buy a book and set my mind to it. Most of my education in this field has come through Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
