INGREDIENTS
1 - 2 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (I like organic when I can get them)
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Lea & Perrins white wine worcestshire sauce
1 tablespoon dill weed - dried or fresh
1 teaspoon basil - dried or fresh
1 teaspoon tarragon - dried or fresh - since this is strong use less fresh
1 tablespoon parsley - dried or fresh
Salt & pepper to taste |
DIRECTIONS
Place olive oil in a small bowl
Add herbs and worcestshire sauce.
Let this sit about 20 minutes to a half hour if you are using dried herbs. If you're using fresh proceed to the next step.
Brush liberally over chicken pieces
Grill until done - about 10 minute on each side |
